A cool toned boulder opal is framed in silver to create this one of a kind opal necklace. Actives purple, blues and greens dance within the stone with sharp contrast against the dark ironstone host rock. Purple is a rare color for me to find and it had to paired with this perfectly curated amethyst ombre suite. I am so pleased with how it turned out!
This opal necklace is entirely artisan crafted in recycled sterling silver using traditional goldsmithing fabrication techniques. I chose an open hallmarked back setting to show the common opal host rock on the back. Video is in full sun, stone is even better in person, much more colour!
