Shipping policy

You may choose from a variety of automated shipping options via canada post, with expected delivery dates. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Your delivery address cannot be modified once your order has been shipped. Note we cannot be responsible for any shipping carrier delays. 

Your purchase may be subject to you local country’s taxes and duties. These are the sole responsibility of the customer, as it can be hard for a business to calculate or estimate those costs, which can be significant depending on the destination country. Please research into your countries import fees if necessary. 

Once an items tracking status is updated as delivered we are not responsible for non delivery claims. In the event of a discrepancy on delivery status we will trust the courier status. If this is a concern, for the most security choose Xpresspost at checkout which will have signature confirmation.
